Lee Sartor is a seasoned retail and marketing executive with over a decade of leadership experience in multi-unit operations and field marketing. Most recently, as the Regional Field Marketing Manager for Renewal By Andersen, Lee spearheaded lead generation strategies and managed recruitment and training for non-traditional marketing teams across the DMV area. Prior to this, Lee held several high-impact roles at Lowe’s, including District Manager, where he oversaw locations with a combined annual volume of $620 million. In these capacities, Lee was instrumental in driving sales growth, optimizing the customer experience for Pro and DIFM segments, and developing strategic action plans to address performance gaps.
Earlier in his career, Lee served as a Store Manager for both Lowe’s and Wal-Mart, where he focused on operational efficiency, safety protocols, and staffing development to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. He excels at identifying talent gaps, implementing effective selling behaviors, and aligning field operations with corporate objectives. Lee holds a degree in Business Management from Claflin University, providing a strong academic foundation for his extensive professional background in sales management and strategic leadership.
