Toyin Faloye, APRN, PMHNP-BC
MSN, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
With more than 13 years of experience in nursing and healthcare, Toyin brings a strong
clinical foundation and a thoughtful, collaborative approach to supporting individuals on
their journey toward improved mental and emotional well-being. Sheunderstands that seeking mental health care can feel vulnerable, and she strives to create a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and actively involved in their care. She believes that effective treatment begins with understanding the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related concerns, mood disorders, burnout, and navigating significant life transitions.
Toyin takes an individualized approach to psychiatric care, incorporating comprehensive assessment, evidence-based medication management, psychoeducation, and shared decision-
making to develop treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs, concerns, and goals.
Her background in nursing has shaped her appreciation for the connection between
physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, environment, and everyday life. She
values building trusting therapeutic relationships and helping patients better understand
their symptoms and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their mental health care.
Above all, Toyin believes patients deserve to feel seen, respected, and supported
throughout the treatment process. Her goal is to partner with each patient in creating a
realistic and meaningful path toward greater stability, resilience, and overall well-being.
