Kechelle Settle
Associate Counselor
Kechelle is an aspiring clinical social worker with a strong passion for integrating the arts into therapeutic practice. After recently earning her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from North Carolina A&T State University, she is pursuing a path toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and ultimately opening a private practice. Her vision is to create a healing space that combines traditional therapeutic techniques with fine arts—dance, music, singing, theatre, and poetry—to support individuals from marginalized and oppressed communities in navigating mental health challenges and building sustainable coping strategies.
She brings hands-on experience working with diverse populations, including unhoused
individuals, veterans, and those living with severe or untreated mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Her background includes case management, crisis intervention, treatment planning, community outreach, and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams. With a deep understanding of the growing need for accessible and culturally responsive mental health care, she is committed to advancing my clinical skills and expanding my knowledge of holistic, expressive therapeutic approaches to better serve vulnerable communities.
